The game of celebrity charades. It featured team captains Lionel Blair and Liza Goddard and was chaired by Michael Parkinson. Christopher Biggins, Eartha Kitt, Bonnie Langford and Bernie Winters were regular contestants on the show.

Gladiators
Following the successful revival of NBC's American Gladiators in the US, the British version was remade for the 21st century, produced by Shine for Sky One. Eight years since it was last shown on ITV, Sky's version aired in May 2008 and features the biggest tv set in history - built on 2 sound stages at Shepperton Studios. Kirsty Gallacher and Ian Wright present, alongside Gladiator's original referee John Anderson.
Golden Balls
Bob Davis (better known as Jasper Carrot) hosts the show of bluff and deceit, where players can win upto £100,000. This clip is complete with Indian themed ITV1 ident and an advert for PartyBingo.com. (Other bingo sites are available)
The Golden Shot
Contestants guided a blindfolded cameraman who operated the 'telebow' which was basically a tv camera with a crossbow attached to it. The bow was loaded by Bernie The Bolt. The show was originaly hosted by Jackie Rae and transmitted on a Saturday evening.

Going For A Song
Antiques is the theme of this quiz. Max Robertson is your host with expert Arthur Negus who went from this show on to Antiques Roadshow. The show was revived in the '90's with hosts Michael Parkinson, Anne Robinson and Michael Aspel. The expert in the revival was Eric Knowles.
Going For Gold
Going For Gold was the pan-european quiz show produced for Super Channel and BBC by Reg Grundy Productions. It was filmed in the now defunct Studio A of BBC Manchester. Presented by Henry Kelly, it's catchy theme tune gained cult status.

The BBC bought the rights to the hit US gameshow Identity. It was produced by BBC Manchester for BBC One Daytime, but only lasted one series.

Celebrity Love Island
ITV's celebrity reality gameshow which went head to head with Channel 4's Big Brother. The show was axed in November 2006 after two series.
