
HTV West in-vision announcers
Susan Osman left HTV West to present BBC Look East, followed by a trip to Thames and Channel 4. Susan is now back in the west presenting BBC Points West. Annie St John also anounced for Tyne Tees and later presented HTV News. Tragically Annie committed suicide. Peter Lewis announced for both HTV West and LWT during the 1970's and 1980's. Annie McKie left HTV West to join BBC Points West. She can now be heard announcing on BBC Radio 4. Patricia Yorston, joined HTV News in 1990, but had left by 1997. Patricia can now be seen presenting on TV Travel Shop. Victoria Crawford announced for both HTV West in Bristol and Thames Television in London. Peter Marshall announced for both HTV West and Thames Television during the 1970's and 1980's. Former HTV West announcer and newsreader, Peter Crawford, fronted a certain Personal Injury Compensation advert. Gill Impey moved on to present HTV West's weather and later a variety of programmes. Russell Hurn moved from HTV's Night Club to announce solely for HTV West. He left HTV West to present for BBC Radio Gloucestershire. Su Porter moved from HTV's Night Club to announce solely for HTV West. She left HTV West to present for LNN's London Tonight late bulletin.

Closedown - Peter Crawford
In the weeks before HTV, along with the rest of the ITV network, began 24 hour broadcasting, HTV broadcast until around 2.30am at the weekend and Peter Crawford ends the day at the later closedown time.Other Presentation & Continuity
