UK Arena Idents
2000 UK Arena was launched on 1st November 1997 as the newly-formed UKTV Network's arts channel.  Initial ratings were disappointing and it was decided to relaunched the channel on 31 March 2000 as UK Drama (see below).  Slightly Carlton-esque idents here.

UK Drama Ident
2000 Shorter version of the UK Arena ident above, so no imagination there!  The Onedin Line is coming up later on tonight, after Paul Nichols and Gina McKee star in "The Passion"
