Fiona Armstrong, of ITN. Well until 1992, when she jumped ship to be one of the founder members of the GMTV team. Unfortunately all was not rosey at GMTV. Changes were afoot that didn't include Fiona!
Following her departure from GMTV, Fiona went onto presenting Lookaround on Border Television.
Fiona is not currently presenting Lookaround, but doing the rounds on the after dinner speaking circuit
Former ITN newscaster, Pamela Armstrong moved to the BBC to co-present Breakfast Time in 1987. Pamela also presented an afternoon chat show on BBC 2 during the late 1980's.

Anna Maria Ashe
Former TVS, Coast to Coast presenter, Anna Maria Ashe, moved to London to present LWT News in 1990. When the London News Network was created by LWT and Carlton, Anna Marie was there at the start but left when ITN took control of LNN.
Anna now specialises in corporate & charity work and is an ambassador for The Princes Trust
Kevin Ashford, from Central News West in Birmingham to Central News East in Nottingham. Kevin had previously worked on a local paper in Essex and at BBC Birmingham.
Kebin also hosted ITV Centrals property programme "Our House" and dabbles in after dinner speaking
From BBC Wales and Network BBC Newsreader, Michael Aspel has really made the big time with his own ITV chat show, Aspel and Company, to This Is Your Life and the Antiques Roadshow on BBC 1.
From HTV West to TV-am then Sky News then back on ITV West. Lisa left ITV West in 2009.
