Sheila Jansen (Brocklebank)
Former Westcountry Live reporter and presenter Sheila Jansen, moved shortly after the launch to Sky News in October 1993. Sheila was re-united with her old presenting partner of David Foster.

Starting as a DJ in Australia, he went on to LBC then continuity announcer at Grampian, Central, Yorkshire, to BSB News in 1990. On to Thames, TVS, back to Yorkshire, Red Dragon FM in Cardiff, then onto the Blue Danube Radio Breakfast Show in Austria. Currently at the BBC World Service as an announcer/news reader.
She began her professional career in newspapers, wrote a column for the Evening Standard, was a newscaster for Thames TV - Andrew Gardner's co-presenter on Thames News. From there Tina Jenkins made the smart move to Sky News to present the Wild West End strand within Live at Five. Next was a reporter for ITN before she went behind the scenes to produce and direct documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4. She is now a writer in Hollywood, and has written 2 novels thus far, "The Waking" and "The Immortalists"
Former Sky News presenter Alison Johns could be seen co-presenting Westcountry Live in Plymouth until early 2003. Alison left to be a full time mother.
Last heard presenting a show on Radio Plymouth in 2008.
Former BBC Look North (Leeds) sports presenter, Damian went onto the network reporting and presenting for BBC Sport.
Damian is back in the North now presenting the Monday sports for Look North in Hull.
Former Anglia News (East) presenter, Rebecca Jones, next stop was reporting on BBC News 24.

Former Central News presenter, Sally Jones, had moved to HTV Wales to front Wales at Six by the mid 1980's. Next was the sport on BBC Breakfast Time and subsequently BBC Breakfast News.
She was also the first female sports reporter on BBC Breakfast News and Ladies Real Tennis World Champion now lives in Warwickshire where she writes novels.
